All Year Long including Long Weekends and Public Holidays

PLEASE NOTE:

The Guesthouse is NOT suitable for Schoolies type parties!

Neither do we allow drunken & disorderly behavior on our property.

Hire Cost for the Whole House

      $ 660.00 Per night for up to    0- 15 people
      $ 770.00 Per night for up to    16- 25 people
      $ 880.00 Per night for up to    26- 30 people
       $ 1100.00 Per Night for up to   31 - 40 people

 
All prices are GST inclusive.

BOND

We require a $200 Cash ONLY bond per booking,

refundable after inspection of the house

Group Definitions

Minimum of 10 people is classified as a group.
"People" or "Persons" are defined as those who use a
bed night or use a bed.

Children (babies) using porta-cots provided by yourself are free.

We do not have individual accommodation, only group stays

Arrival and Departure times

Arrival and Departure times are to be strictly
adhered to unless changes to this have been arranged with the management!

Check in: 2 PM
Check out: 10 AM

We can arrange late checkout and or early check in, just ask!

Payments & Deposits

All Group Bookings require a $200 Non-Refundable Deposit unless otherwise agreed

with the management. Deposits are only refunded within a period of (7) Seven Days after

the booking date. The booking date is the date on which you are making the reservation,

not the dates for which you have booked.

After the Seven (7) day period, deposits become Non-Refundable

Deposits can be made over the phone by Credit Card, Eftpost or Cheque.

 
Final payments can be made on day of arrival
except if you pay with Cheque.  All Cheque's  for final payment
need to be cleared by us at least 7 days before your arrival date.
